
- 1/4 cup pure NYS maple syrup (recommend Very Dark & Strong Taste)
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Place vinegar, pure NYS maple syrup, mustard, salt and pepper into a blender. Pulse to combine, then add 1 cup olive oil in a steady stream as you continue to blend.
