Maple Ham Glaze

6-8 pound Ham

¾ cup New York State Pure Maple Syrup

1 teaspoon Dry Mustard and/or

1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

Mix the NYS Pure Maple Syrup with 1 tsp. dry mustard and/or 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar to add a bit of flavor contrast. Divide the glaze to brush onto the ham a couple of times during baking and again at the end just before serving.
