Cave à Saucisson with Knife by Jean Dubost

This Cave à Saucisson is a traditional wooden Salami Cave. The wood box has a sliding top, which is also used to hold the salami while slicing. The box has a compartment for the included Laguoile knife. The knife has a black handle and stainless steel blade. Store your salami or sausage in the cave until you're ready to slice and serve.
