Salami Cave

This Cave à Saucisson is a traditional wooden Salami Cave. The wood box houses the salami and has a sliding top that also serves as a slicing board with well and cutting groove. The cave includes a beautiful Jean Dubost stainless steel knife with black handle and brass colored cap. Store your salami or sausage in the cave until you're ready to slice and serve. Measures 13" x 4.25" x 2.75".

Care Instructions: Hand wash the knife in hot water and wipe it dry immediately.
