Linguine Pasta with Truffle
The Antico Pastificio Morelli 1860 company has traditions handed down through five generations.
The pasta is kneaded slowly and dried at low temperature to keep intact the organoleptic properties. One of the company's specialties is the pasta with wheat germ. Using their artisanal techniques they process the fresh wheat germ, immediately when still fresh. An intense wheat aroma is released during cooking and the water turns slightly green because of the presence of fresh wheat germ that gives the pasta an extraordinary and unmistakable flavor.
INGREDIENTS: Durum Wheat Semolina, Water, Eggs, Wheat Germ, Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), Aroma. Contains Wheat and Eggs. May contain traces of fish (salmon), derivatives of molluscs (black squid ink), mustard, soy.
