Ginger Organic Syrup
The delightful flavor and fragrance of ginger perks up a variety of foods and beverages. Uses: mix into cocktails; pour over ice cream or fruit salads; stir into hot oatmeal; sweeten warm tea; pour over pancakes, waffles, and French toast; add to recipes for cakes, cookies, and pies or pour over warm pastries; whir into smoothies. Make ginger ale by adding 1 tbsp of syrup to an 8 oz glass of seltzer, club soda, or sparkling water, and add fresh lemon or lime.
