Bourbon-Maple Barrel Aged Soy

Blis teamed with Yamato Soy, one of the best soy producers with over a century of soy brewing experience, to create a bourbon-maple barrel aged soy sauce. This non-GMO soy sauce is aged in Kanazawa Japan in the Japanese tradition for one year, then aged for another year in the Blis tradition with their 20-year old maple cured bourbon barrels. The results are flavor notes of chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, spice, and oak with a viscous umami kick.
