Maple Chai

Sweet layers of maple syrup soften the black tea flavor and highlight the chai spices.

Ingredients: Black Tea, Green Tea, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Clove, Nutmeg, Maple Syrup, Natural Flavors.

For perfect brewing, each tea bag steeps one cup of boiling water into a delicious chai. Approximately 40 tea bags per package.

Add the milk of your choice to complement the masala spices and enhance the sweetness of the maple with creamy layers of flavor.

Warming, comforting, and invigorating, this tea is a twist on traditional Indian Masala Chai with the incorporation of maple syrup. Maple is quintessentially North American. And Chai is classically Indian. Together they create a flavor combination that is as unique as it is delicious. A thick, syrupy aroma and sweet layers of maple syrup drip from the cup. Rich notes of heady spices swirl within the infusion: spicy ginger, sweet cinnamon, candy cardamom, lingering clove, lively bites of pepper, and warm nutmeg.

This black tea base was curated specially for this new tea blend. Premium black tea from India was chosen for its smooth flavorful taste and mouth-feel. High-grown tea from Sri Lanka was selected for its classic Ceylon character that adds a touch of floral bouquet and brews a bright copper color. Black tea from Kenya gives the blend its malty notes, and the addition of high antioxidant Kenyan green tea adds a boost of wellness to the cup. This fine cut tea enhances the bold flavors, allowing for a strong cup with piquant spices that is soothed and mellowed by the sweet maple tones.
