Linguine with Red Chilli
Hot pepper powder is blended with durum wheat to give these Tuscan Linguine a deep red color. The pasta is delicately spicy, but if you prefer more heat, serve it with an arrabbiata hot pepper tomato sauce.
Produced and packed by Antico Pastificio Morelli 1860 in Italy. The family's pasta making traditions have been handed down through five generations. The pasta is kneaded slowly and dried at low temperature.
