Shrubs
In early America, vinegar and maple syrup were used to preserve fruit without refrigeration. The syrup by-product, known as shrub, was used to make delightful drinks.
Mix a splash of shrub with seltzer, cocktails, kombucha, hot or cold tea – whenever you want to elevate whatever is in your glass!
