WhistlePig Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup is a Vermont collaboration between two handcrafted small batch provision makers. WhistlePig produces an award-winning Rye Whiskey and when it’s bottled, the empty barrels are filled with Runamok Maple’s organic syrup, then aged for up to 12 months. The result is a rich, robust maple syrup with notes of toffee and rye spice.
Delicious in an Old-Fashioned Cocktail, on pancakes and waffles, or drizzled over ice cream.
