Pure New York Maple Syrup is slow aged in New York Bourbon Barrels. Slow aging allows the maple syrup to absorb the flavors from the barrel that lends a smoky bourbon flavor as well as hints of vanilla, caramel, and wood spice to the maple syrup.
Contains less than 2% alcohol.
