Buttermilk

An American classic! Rich, creamy buttermilk makes light, fluffy pancakes. Luscious served with butter and maple syrup. Also wonderful with jams and fruit syrups. Simple to mix batter also makes golden, crispy waffles.  Easy to make batter - just add eggs and milk.

The 12 oz. bag makes about 16 large four-inch pancakes.

Ingredients: Unbleached Flour, Corn Flour, Sugar, Dried Buttermilk, Baking Powder.
