This sauce is a wonderful collaboration between three Vermont entities: Johnsbury Distillery, Butterfly Bakery, and Familia Farm. The jalapeno peppers are maple-wood smoked right at the bakery. Very small batch - each bottle is hand-numbered!
INGREDIENTS: Maple wood-smoked Familia Farm red jalapeno peppers, organic distilled white vinegar, organic Vermont maple syrup, St. Johnsbury Distillery Maple Rum, salt.
