This reversible carver is the most popular
board in the J. K. Adams line. With features on both sides, it can be
used for everyday meals and used with pride on ceremonial occasions as
well. One side features a uniquely shaped “roast holder” that cradles
poultry and roasts while slicing. The second side has a large flat
