Highland Foods, a family owned and operated business, has been the proud maker of Maple Pepper® Brand Seasoning since 1987. Their products are made with 100% pure maple sugar.    

The family made its first batch of  Maple Pepper®  in a country kitchen in Northern New England. Since the beginning they have used only the finest ingredients for freshness, quality and taste. The products are packaged in attractive, easy to use containers.

Maple Pepper® seasoning is available in four flavors.

Maple Pepper® Original: Sweet maple sugar is combined with savory black pepper and sea salt to create an exciting seasoning for many of your favorite foods. Dry rub or marinate meats and poultry. Shake on seafood and vegetables. Liven up eggs, popcorn, soups, salads and sandwiches.

Maple Pepper® w/Garlic: Maple Pepper® w/Garlic enhances flavors of a robust cuisine that includes salmon, steak, burgers, poultry and Italian dishes. Pair with tomato based sauces and stews. The seasoning is ideal for garlic bread and pizza and in herbed butter for seafood, corn-on-the-cob, and potatoes.

Maple Pepper® w/Habanero: Maple Pepper® w/Habanero ignites your foods with sensational flavor. Add drama to south-of-the-border dishes such as tacos and burritos. Light a spark in chicken, meat and fish. Put zest in soups, pizza and vegetables. Intensify fresh fruit with a hearty shake.

Maple Pepper® w/Rosemary: Aromatic rosemary is combined with Maple Pepper® Original to create a wonderful seasoning for chicken, lamb, pork and fish. Also excellent in soup and tomato sauce, omelets and frittatas. Mix with olive oil to make a savory dipping sauce for bread.
