Salt and Pepper Mill Set Black Walnut Wood 12"

Hand Carved Set of Two by Award-Winning Wood Turner Jan Close of Winthrop, New York.

This Pepper and Salt Mill Set is hand-turned from Northern New York Black Walnut. The mills have an oil/wax non-toxic finish. The pair was turned on a lathe with hand-held gouges and sanded and buffed to a glossy finish.

The Pepper Mill features a machined stainless steel grinding mechanism for a superior grinding experience. The Salt Mill has a ceramic mechanism to prevent the corrosive properties of salt. Both mills are adjustable for varying degrees of coarse and fine  grinds.
