Organic Pasta made by Pastificio Marella in Puglia, Italy. This pasta maker is famous for its specially selected, pure wheat blends sourced exclusively in Altamura and Tavoliere d'Italia.
Unlike industrial pastas, the dough is extruded through bronze dies and then air dried for 2-3 days. The result is a fragrant, flavorful pasta which expands when cooked, maintains it shape, and is ideal for holding sauce.
