Organic Artisan Pasta made in Puglia, Italy, by Pastifico Marella. Crafted with specially selected, pure wheat blends sourced exclusively in Italy (Altamura and Tavoliere d'Italia).
Unlike industrial pastas, many of Marella's cuts are handcrafted using traditional methods. The dough is extruded through bronze dies and then air dried for 2-3 days. The result is a fragrant, flavorful pasta which expands when cooked, maintains its beautiful shape, and is ideal for holding sauce.
INGREDIENTS: Organic Durum Wheat, Water. Contains: Gluten. (It may contain traces of eggs, shellfish and fish). Store in a cool, dry place.
