From the Artist: "The color and character of copper excite me. Bending, heating, pounding, and rolling copper has infinite possibilities!

I started weaving baskets out of natural materials when living in the woods many decades ago! This style basket is influenced by those seen and collected in Jamaica, Wisconsin - utilitarian, strong, and graceful.

My baskets are made of pure copper with no anti-tarnishing agents. Clean with warm soapy water. To remove the natural tarnish, clean with copper cleaner and a soft brush, rinse well and enjoy!
