Bourbon-Maple Barrel Smoked Soy

Blis teamed with Yamato Soy, one of the finest soy producers with over a century of soy brewing experience, to create a smoked bourbon-maple barrel aged soy sauce. This non-GMO soy sauce is aged in Kanazawa Japan in the Japanese tradition for one year, then aged in the Blis tradition for another year with their single batch maple-cured bourbon barrels. The results are flavor notes of smoky cocoa, sweet spice, maple, and oak with a viscous umami kick.
