Noble procures amber maple syrup from heritage sugar shacks in the ancient maple orchards of Quebec and New Hampshire. The syrup is then matured in Tuthilltown charred American oak bourbon barrels. This combination and process produces a distinct bourbon and oak flavored syrup making it the perfect accompaniment for a cocktail or glaze, or on top of your favorite breakfast pancake.
